How to Post Right & Avoid Rejection
 

Welcome to 47 Voices Properties! To keep our platform safe, fair, and useful for everyone, we enforce strict listing guidelines.

🚀 Follow these rules to get approved quickly—and avoid scams, fines, or account issues!

✅ DO THIS

✔ Use REAL Photos – Only upload images you took or have rights to. No stock photos, AI-generated homes, or misleading edits.
✔ Tell the Truth – Exact location, accurate square footage, honest pricing (no hidden fees).
✔ Verify Ownership/License – Agents must provide credentials; landlords should confirm property rights.
✔ Respect Fair Housing Laws – No discrimination (race, religion, gender, etc.).
✔ Be Responsive – Answer buyer/renter inquiries promptly.

❌ AVOID THIS (Instant Rejection or Ban!)

🚫 Fake Listings – Fake photos, "bait-and-switch" pricing, or properties that don’t exist.
🚫 Duplicate Posts – Don’t spam the same property; we’ll keep the most complete one.
🚫 Requesting Upfront Payments – No asking for deposits without a contract.
🚫 Copy-Pasted Descriptions – Plagiarized content or stolen listings will be removed.
🚫 Illegal Listings – Unpermitted units, squatter rentals, or fraudulent sales.

⚠️ Why Was My Listing Rejected?

Common reasons:

• Blurry/dark photos
• Missing address or price
• Suspicious contact info (e.g., Gmail for a "brokerage")
• AI-generated images (we check!)

Buyers/Renters: Never wire money before seeing the property.

Agents/Owners: Watermark your photos to prevent theft.
