Accommodation Rates (for Shared Rooms)
Students who opt for shared accommodation are charged a monthly fee of Ksh 22,500, which is paid individually by each resident. This rate applies per person, not per room.
Booking Requirements and Deposits
To secure accommodation at Qwetu Ruaraka, the following deposit payments are required based on your preferred occupancy:
Single Room Occupancy: A deposit of Ksh 27,000 is required.
Double Room Occupancy (Shared): A deposit of Ksh 16,000 is required per person.
These payments are essential to confirm a reservation and are separate from the monthly rent.
